This starts out as a crazy murder mystery and turns into something fantastically Supernatural in a heartbeat! I loved how Parker goes through each of these changes with grace despite how crazy her entire life has just begun.
Sefe is a grumpy stranger that is tasked with keeping her safe. But she learns very quickly that he's not as upset about protecting her as she first thought. I loved how their relationship ship evolved throughout the book and how they learned what they are to one another.
